Andrew started his career in banking before moving into recruitment in the early 1990’s with a niche boutique operation, followed by spells with a multi-site specialist finance recruiter and more latterly an international quoted organisation. He has set up many new operations for these companies in both new disciplines and new geographies and successfully recruited for a wide range of large publicly-quoted organisations plus smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

He founded Kingsley with the intention of providing the very highest levels of service to the HR recruitment market. His long-term aim is to grow the business whilst always retaining the guiding principles which define Kingsley – honesty, integrity, trust and respect.

Outside of work, Andrew is married with two children and lives in Buckinghamshire. His passions include rugby (Wasps supporter), long distance running and golf.
