Andy Pope
After an initial career in banking, Andy moved into recruitment in the early 90’s with a boutique operation, followed by stints in larger, quoted organisations where he excelled in setting up new divisions and cold-start office openings. He founded Kingsley in 2007, with the intention of providing high levels of service, through a referral-based business model that retains the guiding principles of integrity, trust and respect.
Outside work, Andy is a keen golfer and long-distance runner and an avid Wasps and England rugby fan. Married with two daughters, he lives in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.

Caroline Clarke
Following graduation, Caroline worked within the publishing industry before starting her career in recruitment. Caroline is an experienced recruitment professional having worked for Martin Ward Anderson, where she managed a London-based Financial recruitment sales team and helped grow the business. She joined Kingsley in 2008 as the organisation's very first hire and has been instrumental in the development of the business. Caroline excels at client development and is a trusted advisor to a wide number of HR Directors for whom she provides HR executive search solutions.

Leighton Cornelius
Leighton joined Kingsley from a boutique operation where he held various senior management positions. He has many years’ experience in client-facing management roles and brings an unrivalled depth of knowledge to the business. Although initially focused on HR interim management, in 2017 Leighton returned to his former area of specialism, establishing our Finance Practice.
Outside work, Leighton is musically talented and plays in a local band. Being Welsh, rugby runs through his veins, giving rise to some friendly office banter around the Six Nations Rugby each year.

Louise Foers
With a degree in English from London University, Louise worked briefly in advertising and media before pursuing a career in teaching, sports coaching and training. She joined the recruitment industry in 1999, specialising in HR upon joining Strategi Search, where she held management roles and helped facilitate the integration of FSS in 2008. After a short break away from the industry indulging her passion for property development, Louise set up the HR Practice at Redgrave Partners in London before joining Kingsley in 2012.
She is responsible for senior HR executive search solutions and has a wealth of senior HR contacts across many industries and disciplines. She approaches all her mandates with honesty and pragmatism and is driven by a strong sense of client and candidate care.
Outside work, Louise is a committed dog-owner and keen artisan baker, the latter meaning she also spends a fair amount of time in the gym!
